Warranty

smartCRUTCH® will gladly replace any crutches that are defective in construction for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you have defective crutches not resulting from normal wear and tear.

Claims

Before returning any Smartcrutch® product, you must obtain a Warranty Authorization Number and Warranty Return Form by emailing us at here or by calling us at 1-800-690-2372. A customer service representative will then assist you with your warranty claim.
