Shipping prices within the continental United State (lower 48 States)

Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico / US Virgin Islands: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Delivery or USPS Express Mail 1-2 Day Delivery per the rates listed in the above table.

*UPS GROUND TRANSIT TIMES FOR THE CONTINENTAL U.S. (lower 48 states). Business days in transit from Corona, California 92881 (see blue dot in yellow section of the map)

CANADA

We offer two shipping options to Canada:

1) US Postal Service - Priority Mail International (6-10 business days delivery) is $39.95

2) US Postal Service - Express Mail International (3-5 business days delivery) is $49.95

PLEASE NOTE: US Postal Service will transfer your package to Canada Post for customs clearance and final delivery once cleared by Canada Customs. There are no applicable duty (tariff) charges for crutches and crutches are also tax (GST/HST) exempt in Canada. See this link for more information about tax (GST/HST) exemption. However, you are responsible for any/all brokerage fees charged by Canada Post. *Brokerage fees are typically under $8.00 CDN.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship and will be emailed to you the day your package ships (by 6pm PST). Orders placed on smartcrutchusa.com may be delivered by several different shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on shipping method you selected during checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

Standard UPS Ground, 2-3 Day USPS Priority Mail and 1-2 Day USPS Express Mail deliveries can be tracked. The tracking information is also accessible on your invoice copy which will be emailed by 6pm PST the day your shipment leaves our warehouse.

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are delivered via 2-3 Day USPS Priority Mail or 1-2 Day USPS EXPRESS MAIL , and cannot currently be tracked. In these instances, your invoice copy will not offer tracking information.
