Return & Exchanges

We are proud of our smartCRUTCH® product and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. As stated in our “Your Guarantee Policy”, we offer a full 14 day money back guarantee. Will exchange or issue a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please follow the instructions below.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For further clarification please email us here.

Return Procedure

  1. Please email customer service here to request a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Repackage your crutches and write your Return Authroization Number on the return label.
  3. Please ship the return package via prepaid, traceable and insured shipping method to help ensure a safe and documented delivery. We suggest using US Postal Service "Parcel Post" with Delivery Confirmation for your return.
  4. Once we receive your return we will process your refund/exchange within 5-7 business days. Please note that we refund the amount paid for your crutches only. Original shipping charges and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.


In the event that an exchange item is not available a refund will be issued to your credit card. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling costs will be incurred. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
